A post graduate in Statistics from the University of Bombay, Leena dabbled in Media planning at Everest and O&M (where she was Media Group Head) prior to starting up Databasics, a direct marketing company that merged with DIREM Mumbai in 1997. A founder member of the Indian Confederation of Direct Marketers and the Deputy Managing Director of the Interdirect Network, Leena is the driving force behind our impressive growth.

She is also an avid collector of Indian art and loves a game of squash.

Having done his MBA from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Brian began his career with Pertech Computers and in 1992 joined DIREM Mumbai as an Account Manager, quickly growing to the position of a Director, leading the Marketing and Sales team at DIREM Mumbai. Today Brian functions as a Group Managing Director at Direxions, the MD of ZCARD Pocket Media India Pvt. Ltd., and the MD of Red Box Rewards.

He is driven by his passion for Formula One racing.

An alumnus of IIT Kanpur and IIM Calcutta, Sanjay built his career over stints as a General Manager at Philips/Origin, CIO at Procter & Gamble and Pfaudler, Director of a software development facility in Barbados, Oil & Natural Gas Commission, etc., and has been heading the Information Systems Division at Direxions. Sanjay is also the Managing Director of IdentLogic Systems, a Direxions Group company specializing in loyalty software; address correction, in collaboration with AddressDoctor Germany, and, identity search & match (duplicate detection) systems, in collaboration with Identity Systems, USA.

He’s an avid reader of sci-fi and loves teeing off on weekends.

Sandeep did his MBA from IIM Calcutta in the year 2000 and immediately set up his own firm, Icicle Consultancy, an IT consulting and solutions firm. He joined DIREM Mumbai in August 2002 in business development then went on to head the Data Analytics division in Direxions. He is currently heading Cartesian Consulting as Managing Director

Ashok joined DIREM Mumbai as VP - CRM & Promotions in May 2006. An XIM, Bhubaneswar alumnus, Ashok worked with Reliance Industries Limited as GM – Loyalty. Prior to RIL, Ashok was with Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, where he was involved in the launch of the PetroBonus and SmartFleet programmes – two of the country’s largest loyalty programs. He was also responsible for the conceptualization and rollout of Bharat Petroleum’s Allied Retail Business like convenience stores, ATMs and restaurants on highways. Ashok is a fan of Indian classical music, and also gets his inspiration from reading political biographies.

Chetan took over as Chief Financial Officer of the Direxions Group in September 2008 taking over the challenging role of heading the finance and legal aspects of the business. He is a Chartered Accountant and has a work experience of 12 years in this field having spearheaded the finance function for the Mumbai offices of Mudra Communications and McCann Erickson. During his stint at McCann he ensured SOX compliance for the Mumbai operations. In addition to heading the finance function he has also taken on the mantle of heading the HR function for the Direxions Group. Chetan is an ardent follower of the Art of Living and is a jovial and energetic personality.

Kshitij Karnad has joined Direxions Marketing Solutions as Business Head - Mobile & Internet in April 2009 and will drive the interactive practice at Direxions.. Kshitij brings with him a professional experience of over 10 yrs in the areas of Marketing, Advertising & Entertainment industry. He started his career with Hungama in the year 1999 and thereafter worked in various capacities in organisations like Mauj & Adlabs Films Ltd. Prior to joining Direxions he was working with Mobile2Win since August, 2008 as Associate Director- Retail & Brands. He has completed his M.B.A in Marketing from Welingkar Institute of Manangement.
