1. Account Executive/Sr. Account Executive-Direxions Mumbai
Job Profile
- Maintaining excellent rapport with all the layers of the client organization
- Delivering accounts business targets
- Delivering on service levels as per agreement (SLA with clients)
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the current client portfolio
- Responsible for achieving quarterly billing and collection targets
- Responsible for collection of dues from the clients within the due time
- Responsible for adhering to ISO processes
- Getting “under the skin” of the brands that you work on and strategizing to provide relevant marketing solutions for the brands under your custody
- Understanding the target audiences through analysis of transactional and profile data.
- Ideating, conceptualizing and executing marketing campaigns including acquisition, activation and retention campaigns for various clients.
- Meticulous project management and follow-up
- Conceptualizing and creating relevant events and feel for the street campaigns of the brands you are working for
- Designing communications in print, web and mobile including executing e-mail and SMS campaigns
- Tracking response to campaigns and analyzing ROI for learning and further fine tuning
- Identifying and coordinating with external vendors and service providers including printers, event and promotion agencies, gift vendors etc

- Builds one-on-one rapport with his/her team members.

3. Group Account Manager- Direxions Delhi Job Profile
- Service the below-the-line marketing needs of a group of clients of the organization.
- Achieve revenue targets set for the year.
- Supervise the working of the AEs and Sr. AEs working on the account, ensuring that they deliver the results expected by the client and the organization.
- Create and track an annual marketing plan for each client and ensure that these plans are fully executed without any glitch.
- Help the AEs finalize the appropriate creative direction for client briefs and follow-up with the creative team till the final output is in line with clients’ needs/ standards.
- Track the billing and outstanding position of various clients and ensure that payments are received on time.
- Handle the clients’ marketing problems and provide innovative, cost-effective and result-oriented solutions.
- Groom and develop the AEs working under them to be effective client servicing personnel.
- Be a knowledge repository for clients’ and agency’s processes.
- Possess a thorough knowledge of clients’ customers’ profile and behaviour.
Educational Qualifications: Graduation with a first class. MBA in Marketing would be an added advantage.
Skills Required: Presentation, analytical, negotiation & team building skills, commercial orientation, process orientation, should have handled DM and/ or loyalty in an agency or client set-up.
Experience: 6 to 8 years in a DM/ Consultancy/ Ad agency
