Educational Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 2 to 5 years of working experience as a PHP developer.
- Should have worked extensively in JavaScript for at least 2 projects.

- Ability to use debugging tools like FireBug.
- Motivation to learn innovative trade of programming and deploying.
- Self-starter with excellent self-study skills and growth aspirations.

Principal Accountabilities
Strategic
- Is responsible for developing an annual marketing plan and road map for each client and work with the team in implementing and ensure successful execution of the plans.
Operational

Other Responsibilities
- Service the marketing needs of a group of clients of the organization as per agreed/contracted scope of work.
- Supervise the working of the AEs and Sr. AEs working on the account, ensuring that they deliver the results expected by the client and the organization.
- Create and track an annual marketing plan for each client and ensure that these plans are fully executed without any glitch.
- Help the AEs finalize the appropriate creative direction for client briefs and follow-up with the creative team till the final output is in line with clients' needs/ standards.
- Track the billing and outstanding position of various clients and ensure that payments are received on time.
- Handle the clients marketing problems and provide innovative, cost-effective and result-oriented solutions.
- Groom and develop the AEs working under them to be effective client servicing personnel.
- Be a knowledge repository for clients and agency's processes.
- Possess a thorough knowledge of clients' customers profile and behaviour.

Educational Qualifications and Experience
- Graduation in any stream with a first class.
- MBA in Marketing would be an added advantage.
- Experience- 8 - 10 years in industry with atleast 3 - 4 years of supervisory experience in client servicing departments of ad agencies/brand management role.

Asst Manager Business Development

Position Summary
- The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients for the company. Tasks will include analysing economic and market data, compiling information from primary/secondary/published sources, prospecting, working on pitches, providing strategic direction to direct marketing campaigns. Will also be involved in the development and marketing of new products/services.
- Operational
- To pitch and get new business for Direxions Group as per targets set for him/ her for the year.
- To actively manage the sales pipeline including creation of contact lists, cold calling the customers, sending proposals and managing the sales pipeline with Sales Force.
- To create pitches, maintain a portfolio of creative and other jobs done in the past, to support the branches in nuancing the pitches and providing inputs in terms of structuring the commercials.
- To pro-actively find target organizations and establish communications with those businesses that can benefit from the services we offer.
- To develop relationships to grow accounts(with existing clients as well as with new clients).
- To develop and manage communication tools such as the corporate website.
- To develop and manage CRM/loyalty tools and collateral for existing and new clients .
- Coordinating the sales effort as well as providing marketing inputs to Branch Resources, Other product and group co's.
- To actively follow-up with prospects and clients where pitches were made with a view to convert.
- To undertake all types of marketing activities including publishing e-newsletters, getting stories about Direxions, Cartesian and RedBox and its clients published in various media and networking amongst various corporates and prospects.
- To be up to date on all market developments including the various prospect and client industries and the factors influencing them.
- To build a strong relationship with key top management personnel of clients, prospects and competitor clients with a view to being able to generate business.
